Auxi started dancing at the age of five and a few months later she performs for the first time on stage, at Theatre “Andalucia” in Cádiz

 

She has studied with top names such as Manolo Marín, la Chiqui de Jerez and el Güito, among others, and she has been soloist and guest artist with people like Chick Corea, Jorge Pardo, Simon Shaheen, Tim Ries, Jose Maria Bandera, Tito Losada and Juan Pérez Rodríguez among others. Auxi is able to dance the most rooted and pure flamenco and also able to marriage with other music styles

 

She has shared stages with figures like Carles Benavent, Concha Buika, Niño Josele, Jeff Ballard, Béla Fleck, La Tana, Alain Perez, Ashoke Pathak...

 

In 2005 after three years an a half in the Sara Baras´s Company, she was invited by the master Chick Corea for the DVD recording of "The Ultimate Adventure - Live in Barcelona" at Palau de la Música, doing tour in Spain, EEUU and Japan, after that she started to study acting in Madrid in the acting studio Juan Carlos Corazza.

 

 In 2013, after two mundial tours with different artist and living in New York she decide to create her first work “Encontrándote” with which debuts as choreographer, married flamenco with acting represented in the Flamenco Festival Tucson, and a year later create “Caminos” released in the Flamenco Festival New York and Flamenco Festival Chicago (2014), that same year she present this production at Theatre Thalia in NYC.  Other works are “Flamenco”, with which she receives a nomination for the best theatre musical production of the year 2014 in the ACE awards in NYC and “Aires Flamencos” for the Flamenco Festival Chicago 2015.
